On 20th June 2017, after 5 years of working in cafes around the Clarence Valley, Amy’s love for serving coffee inspired her to join forces with Jo to open their own café. Serving Segafredo Zanetti’s smooth, extra strong blend coffee, paired with Jo’s delicious, sweet creations, it was an unbeatable match!

Our name was decided during a night out watching Jimmy Barnes; Working Class Boy. Prior to singing Flame Trees, Jimmy explained that this song was written about our beautiful Jacaranda City. We knew in that moment there was no other name for our café.
